Full Terms

Terms governing use of RTI Scheduler.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RTI Scheduler at rtischeduler.it.com, including public education tools, calculators, planners, classroom utilities, resources, interfaces, and other functionality made available through the website.

By accessing or using RTI Scheduler, you agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

ℹ️

Additional or feature-specific terms may be introduced if RTI Scheduler later launches materially different services, such as authenticated accounts or specialized school-facing functionality.

02

What RTI Scheduler Provides

RTI Scheduler is an education-focused platform designed to provide practical digital utilities around learning, teaching, classroom organization, academic calculations, study planning, productivity, reading, writing, and related educational tasks.

The exact tools and functionality available can change over time. A feature described as planned, future, experimental, or under development is not part of the current service until it is actually made available.

03

Eligibility and Appropriate Use

You may use the publicly available website only in a manner that is lawful and appropriate for your circumstances.

Because RTI Scheduler is education-focused, students may encounter tools relevant to schoolwork. Parents, guardians, educators, schools, and other responsible adults should apply appropriate supervision and institutional requirements where they are relevant.

If applicable law requires parental, guardian, school, or other authorization for a particular user’s interaction with an online service, the responsible parties should obtain or provide that authorization as required.

04

Educational Purpose and Institutional Authority

RTI Scheduler is designed to support educational tasks. It does not control a school’s official grading system, attendance record, curriculum, academic policy, intervention decision, assessment decision, or student record.

Teachers, schools, colleges, academies, districts, examination bodies, and other institutions can use different rules and methodologies.

⚠️

When an RTI Scheduler result conflicts with an official institutional record or policy, verify the matter with the appropriate institution. RTI Scheduler does not have authority to alter official academic records.

Response to Intervention

In the context of this platform, RTI can refer to Response to Intervention in education. General information or planning tools related to RTI should not be treated as individualized professional, clinical, diagnostic, or legally mandated educational determinations.

05

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

You are responsible for using RTI Scheduler in a lawful, reasonable, and non-disruptive manner.

Appropriate Use

  • Using tools for legitimate educational tasks.
  • Testing academic scenarios with appropriate data.
  • Using classroom utilities responsibly.
  • Providing constructive feedback.
  • Using public resources for personal or educational reference.

Prohibited Use

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Introducing malicious code or harmful content.
  • Disrupting or overloading website infrastructure.
  • Bypassing security or access restrictions.
  • Using the service for unlawful activity.
  • Misrepresenting website output as an official record.

You also may not use automated or manual methods in a manner that materially interferes with the normal operation, security, or availability of the website.

06

Calculations, Estimates, and Tool Results

Many RTI Scheduler tools produce results from information entered by the user. Examples can include grades, GPA, percentages, averages, attendance estimates, study allocations, schedules, reading metrics, rubric scores, or other outputs.

Results can be affected by:

  • the accuracy of user-entered information;
  • the formula or calculation mode selected;
  • rounding;
  • assumptions built into a particular tool;
  • institution-specific policies; and
  • limitations of the available information.
🧮

Tool output should be treated as informational or planning support unless an appropriate authoritative source independently confirms the result.

Scenario calculations

A target grade, projected attendance result, study schedule, workload plan, or similar scenario does not guarantee that the projected outcome will occur.

07

Your Inputs and Information

You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into public tools and for ensuring that you have appropriate authority to use information belonging to another person.

Do not place passwords, authentication codes, secret keys, unnecessary confidential student records, or other sensitive information into a general public tool.

Where a tool can work with generic labels or non-identifying information, users are encouraged to avoid unnecessary personal identifiers.

08

Privacy

Privacy-related information about the website is addressed separately in the RTI Scheduler Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms where your use of the website involves information processing, cookies, third-party technologies, support communications, or other privacy-related matters.

09

Intellectual Property and Website Content

Subject to rights belonging to third parties, the RTI Scheduler website may contain branding, interface designs, original text, graphics, layouts, code, tool structures, and other materials protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Access to the website does not transfer ownership of RTI Scheduler content or grant an unrestricted right to reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or exploit protected materials.

You may use publicly available functionality for its intended personal or educational purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Third-party rights

Third-party names, marks, content, technologies, or services remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

10

Feedback and Suggestions

Users may provide suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about RTI Scheduler.

By voluntarily providing feedback, you acknowledge that RTI Scheduler may consider and use the underlying ideas or suggestions to evaluate or improve the service, subject to applicable law.

Do not include confidential information, passwords, private student records, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

11

Third-Party Services and Links

RTI Scheduler may rely on or link to third-party services, infrastructure, resources, websites, plugins, analytics, advertising technologies, hosting systems, or other providers.

Third-party services can have their own terms, policies, availability, and practices. RTI Scheduler does not control the independent terms or operations of an external service.

Users should review applicable third-party terms when interacting directly with an external service.

12

Availability, Maintenance, and Technical Issues

RTI Scheduler aims to provide useful and accessible functionality, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

A page, tool, or feature can become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network conditions, browser incompatibility, security measures, software errors, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Features may also be repaired, redesigned, replaced, restricted, or discontinued where appropriate.

13

Changes to the Platform

RTI Scheduler may add, modify, reorganize, improve, suspend, or remove tools, pages, interfaces, or other functionality.

Future plans are not guarantees that a particular feature will be released or remain available in a particular form.

Future accounts and software

If account creation, authenticated dashboards, saved data, cloud-based workflows, or dedicated RTI scheduling software are introduced later, additional rules or revised Terms may apply to those services.

14

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RTI Scheduler and its content and tools are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated.

RTI Scheduler does not promise that:

  • every tool will meet every user’s requirements;
  • every result will match every institution’s methodology;
  • the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • all third-party services will remain available; or
  • use of a planning tool will produce a particular academic outcome.
⚠️

Nothing on RTI Scheduler should be interpreted as a substitute for an official academic record, institution-specific policy, or individualized professional advice where such advice is required.

15

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RTI Scheduler will not be responsible for losses or damages arising solely from reliance on inaccurate user inputs, assumptions that do not match an institution’s rules, third-party failures, unauthorized misuse, or circumstances outside the reasonable operation of the service.

Applicable law may provide rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

!

For high-impact academic matters—such as official grades, enrollment, eligibility, attendance consequences, accommodations, or institutional decisions—verify the relevant information with the responsible institution.

16

Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for your own conduct when using the website and for complying with applicable law and these Terms.

You may be responsible, to the extent provided by applicable law, for consequences resulting from your unlawful misuse of the service, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized interference with the website, or submission of information you were not authorized to use or disclose.

17

Restriction or Termination of Access

RTI Scheduler may take reasonable measures to restrict or block access where necessary to protect the website, users, infrastructure, or third parties from abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

Technical or security restrictions can sometimes affect access even when no permanent restriction is intended.

18

Applicable Law and Legal Rights

Your use of RTI Scheduler is subject to laws that apply to the relevant activity, user, and jurisdiction.

These Terms are not intended to remove consumer, privacy, educational, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

⚖️

A specific governing-law jurisdiction and dispute forum should not be invented merely to complete a template. Those provisions should be added only after the website operator’s legal entity, operating jurisdiction, and intended legal structure are confirmed.

19

General Terms

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision in a particular circumstance does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Headings

Section headings are provided for organization and readability and do not independently change the meaning of the Terms.

Entire terms for current public use

These Terms, together with applicable referenced policies, describe the general conditions for the current public use of RTI Scheduler. Additional terms may apply to future services if they are introduced.

20

Questions about these Terms of Use can be submitted through the RTI Scheduler Contact Us page once the site’s message delivery system is operational.

Responsible Use

A useful tool still requires informed judgment.

RTI Scheduler can organize information and perform useful calculations, but the quality and meaning of an output depend on the information, assumptions, and real-world rules behind it.

01
Enter accurate information Incorrect inputs can produce incorrect or misleading results.
02
Understand the calculation Make sure the selected tool matches the question you are solving.
03
Check official rules Institutional policies can differ from general calculations.
04
Protect sensitive information Use only the information reasonably necessary for the task.
Tool Boundaries

What public tools should not be mistaken for.

01

Official Gradebook

A grade calculation does not change or replace a teacher or institution’s official grade record.

02

Student Information System

Current public tools should not be treated as an official repository for confidential student records.

03

Guaranteed Outcome

Study plans, projections, schedules, and estimates do not guarantee a future academic result.

04

Universal School Policy

Schools and education systems can use different rules, formulas, calendars, and requirements.

05

Professional Determination

General tools do not replace individualized decisions requiring qualified educational or other professionals.

06

Future Software

Planned authenticated RTI scheduling functionality is not represented as currently available.

Terms Evolution

These Terms should evolve with the service.

↻

New functionality can create new responsibilities.

If RTI Scheduler later introduces accounts, Google sign-in, saved user data, authenticated dashboards, cloud-based scheduling, organization-level features, subscriptions, payments, or other materially different services, these Terms should be reviewed and updated to accurately cover the new functionality before relying on them for that expanded service.
